Dental Marketing Agency That Fills the Right Chairs

Implants, aligners, emergencies and checkups are four different markets. Each one gets a separate campaign and budget. We count booked patients, not clicks.

Search terms by treatment

Four treatments, four different buyers

Someone who types “dental implants cost” is not the same buyer as someone who types “emergency dentist open now.” The first is weighing a big, costly treatment. The second needs help today. “Invisalign near me” and “teeth cleaning near me” are two more markets. We build a separate campaign for each, with separate ads and spend.

Lump them together and Google spends on whatever books cheapest. That is often a checkup. We also keep the radius tight. Most people want a dentist near home or work. Your ads reach people who are actually close to your office, not people who just read about your town.

Where dental budgets leak

Your front desk is part of the ad funnel

Lots of dental leads are lost after the click. A new patient calls during a busy hour. The phone rings out, so they call the next office on the list. You still paid for that click. Our call tracking shows missed calls by hour and day. You can fix staffing before anyone adds budget.

Some searches never turn into patients, so we block them. Think “dental assistant jobs,” “dental school,” “free dental clinic” and “toothache home remedy.” If you do not take Medicaid or a certain plan, those searches come out too. New junk searches show up all the time, so the negative list keeps growing.

What we count

A new patient is worth years, not one visit

A family that stays with you for years brings checkups, fillings and maybe a crown. An implant patient may pay cash and be worth far more on day one. Those values are very different. So we do not hold every treatment to the same cost per lead.

Every call, form and online booking is tracked. Booked and kept appointments from your practice software are imported into Google Ads as offline conversions. That teaches the bidding which searches become patients. Each report splits results by treatment, so implants never hide inside exam numbers.

Insurance and cash pay

Insured and cash pay patients search differently

Insured patients often search with their plan in mind, like “dentist that takes my insurance.” They care about being in network. Cash pay patients looking at implants or veneers care more about price, payment plans and trust. One ad cannot speak to both, so each group gets its own ads and pages.

Timing is different too. Many dental plans reset at the start of the year. So people rush to use their benefits near the end of it. We lean into that rush for checkups and fillings. Cash pay campaigns for implants and aligners stay steady, because those patients decide on their own clock.

Is your account buying checkups instead of implants?

Give us read access. We will show where spend went by treatment, how many calls rang out, and which searches never booked a patient.

How we run a dental account

Three habits that keep spend on the treatments you want more of.

standout icon 1

One budget per treatment, never one pot

Implants, aligners, emergencies and exams run as four campaigns with four spend limits. A cheap checkup cannot quietly eat the money you set aside for a full arch case. You choose the mix, and we hold to it.

Your phones show up in our reports

Call tracking puts missed calls next to ad spend, by hour and day. If the phone goes unanswered at lunch or near closing time, you will see it. Then you can decide on staff before we raise any bids.

Ads that respect healthcare rules

Healthcare is a restricted category on Google, and a few ad types need certification first. We write about your services, team, hours and payment options. No ad of ours promises a result, like a perfect smile.

Questions dentists bring to our first call

Is it worth paying for "dentist near me" clicks?

Yes, if you keep it close to home. People pick a general dentist they can reach easily. Clicks from across town rarely book. We draw a small circle around your office and aim ads at people inside it. Each ad shows your hours and a call button. A strong Google Business Profile helps here too.

How much should a dental office spend on ads each month?

Begin with a patient goal instead of a guess. Pick how many new patients or implant cases you want each month. Then use your own booking rate and cost per lead to work back to a budget. Dental clicks cost more than most fields, so a very small budget can stall. This guide on picking a monthly Google Ads budget walks through the math.

Can you tell which ad calls turned into booked patients?

Yes, if your practice software or booking tool can share that data. We track every call that comes from an ad. Booked and kept visits then go to Google Ads as offline conversions. If your software cannot export them yet, we start with call length and call notes. Then we build from there.

Have you published results for a dental office?

No. Our published case studies come from other fields, and we say so up front. They are a law firm, two ecommerce brands and a UK auto lender. The law firm used the method we bring to dentists: a campaign per service, a page per service and call tracking. Leads there went from $124 each to $44.51. See the law firm story.

What are dental ads not allowed to say?

Nothing in a dental ad should promise a medical result. Google limits what healthcare ads can claim, and some treatment terms are restricted. So your ads describe services, team, hours, location and payment options, not outcomes. We write inside Google’s healthcare ad rules from the start. That way you are not fixing pulled ads after launch.
